ACS International School Egham - WC Refurbishment

Project Overview

NC Construction was appointed as Main Contractor by ACS International School Egham to deliver a full refurbishment of the school’s WC facilities, upgrading the existing spaces to meet modern standards of hygiene, durability, and design.

The project formed part of the school’s ongoing investment into improving the quality of its teaching and support environments. Works were carefully programmed within a live educational setting, ensuring that disruption to staff and students was minimised throughout the 8-week delivery period.

Scope of Works

The refurbishment included a complete internal strip-out and renewal, comprising:

• Demolition and soft strip of existing fixtures and finishes

• Internal alterations and layout reconfiguration

• Installation of new suspended ceilings

• Full M&E works, including new lighting, ventilation, and plumbing

• Installation of new WC cubicles and sanitaryware

• New hygienic wall cladding to all wet areas

• Installation of new flooring throughout

Our team delivered the project on time and to budget, coordinating all trades to achieve a seamless finish that reflects the high standards of the school environment.

The upgraded WC areas now provide a clean, modern, and easy-to-maintain facility, improving both functionality and presentation for students and staff. The works were completed to a high specification, in line with ACS’s commitment to providing first-class educational spaces.
