This project was the construction of a design and build to a single storey school providing an additional 60m2 of
area for facilities with refurbishment works to the existing building.
The works comprised of:
- General excavation works for foundations, drainage, landscaping etc.
- Construct new brickwork / blockwork to external walls, external doors, and windows.
- Construction of new ground bearing floor slab.
- Construction of new pitched roof to match.
- Carry out alterations to existing structure to accommodate new extension.
- Carry out new heating, ventilation & extract system
- Carry out new lighting and power.
- Decorations throughout
- New flooring.
- New ceilings.
